Dear Telstra Mobile

How the hell can I tell ahead of time what data traffic is ‘ineligible’ on my plan? I have 4 gigs of traffic allowed, but it seems most of my f*cking data traffic I get billed separately under the guise of ‘ineligible’, pretty much doubling my phone bill.

I will be asking them about this.. very soon.
